Hey Matt! Glad to see you back ( I was worried for a while there).
I don't know Tennessee Tuxedo although he looks familiar - maybe my sister used to watch him (she's 6 years younger than I am).
I DO remember that slinky commercial though. I think everyone of my generation had at least one of those! That and Silly Putty!

I just to work with a Mr. James who's family owned the slinky factory (I think it was his Dad that invented it). His office had 30-40 slinkies that were made for special promotions - many of them still in their original boxes.
His office was a cool place to visit.
Ahhhh the original METAL slinky. I used to love to listen to it as it walked down the stairs. Very relaxing that sound...
I don't remember ever watching Tennessee Tuxedo, but that voice belongs to Maxwell Smart, right?
I loved slinky when I was a kid, and yes it was the original metal kind.
Cool cartoon. Never seen that one before.
Slinkies are fun... That's the first time I've actually seen an ad for them though. At least, that I remember.
